In this Notice, the words "we", "our" and "us" refers to Bapco and "you" and "yous" refer to the job applicant.

We will only retain your Data for as long as required for the purposes indicated in this Notice and for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory or reporting requirements, unless you become an employee of Bapco in which case, the information collected will become part of your employment record.

Updating and Accessing Data
We will provide you with access to your Data and the opportunity to correct it where it is inaccurate or delete it at any time. It is important that you provide up-to-date information, please keep us informed if your Data changes.
